Freezer T's

A T shirt for Katie's birthday and a T shirt for Ainsleigh--affectionately referred to 'Ainzilla' by her mommy. Neither are perfect by any means, but I like 'em.

Family and cleaning

I spent the day at my Mom's to help clean up around the yard and help her empty out some buildings. Since Dad passed in June, she has been trying to clear out a lot of unnecessary junk that had just been laying around. Most of my sisters were there and many nieces. It was a full day and sadly, we filled the rented dumpster almost completely full before the day was through!!
We are far from done, but too close to tired, so tomorrow I will share a few goodies I've been working on. I've spent the evening looking over some old photos we came across and now it's bedtime. Chris and I are both pooped!!!

Card gift set

I'd spent the last two days working on an all occasions card set for a gift. I still have to add the sentiments (or maybe I won't and let them chose) but I am really proud of what I have done.

My first tshirt!!!

Her it is---in all it's glory!!!

The "LOVE" is all glittery, though you can barely tell it. I had a bunch of fun doing this and hope to get out today or tomorrow to pick up a couple more shirts for gifts. TFL!!!

Wall hanging

I made a wall hanging for my 5 year old niece, Morgan. She likes rock & roll, hello kitty and sparkles. The "M" is made of chipboard and then covered in glittered paper. I added all the embellishments. I then added hooks in the back, so she could hang it on her wall. I hope she likes it.

To redeem myself

Here is a card I made for my honey, even though I had to tell him what it said. ;P
It's definitely more refined than my niece's card! JK!!!

Laney's card

Ok, first, I am so proud of my niece, Laney. She is super smart and a good kid. She got a great report card from school and has improved so much on NOT talking in class (which she obviously gets from her dad).
I wanted to make her a card and send it to her to tell her how proud I am. That was the first order of business now that my craft room is unpacked. When I showed it to Chris, however, he got a little tickled. He said it looked like I was so excited to have my stuff back that I threw a little bit of everything on it. :(

Sadly, I think he's right. But she's only in the first grade, so I'm hoping that she won't be too critical!!!

A little busy, huh? Teehee. Better luck next time, I guess!!

About Me

My photo
I'm a wife to a silly man and we have a house full of furry animals. I wouldn't have it any other way.
