I made this for a girlfriend and her family.  I couldn't seem to get a good picture no matter how I tried.  Phooey.  I used SCAL and gemstones.

A friend has been battling breast cancer for some time now so I thought I would send her some happy mail.  Used SCAL and some funky ribbon for trim.  I really need to  rework the 'bra' for the next one.  :D

Ainzilla's card

I had to wait to post since the card was in transit, but this is what I came up with for my 2 year old niece.  I made it a bigger card (5x7) so she could hold it easily and kept the front interesting (glitter and ribbon) without being overwhelming.  I hope she 'liked' it.  :D

Ghostly greetings

Sassy Studio Designs just came out with new Halloween images and I love this one!!  I also used Nesties and the label was cut with Cricut and I used MCPT for coloring.

A new hobby--of sorts

After 2 years of searching, my hubby and I have found another house.  We wanted to get into renovating homes for quite some time, but could never really find a house or 'deal' that we liked enough.  However, all of that changed yesterday, when we closed on a 60 yr old house on several acres.
I don't know how my crafting time will work out, but I do know that we will spend a lot of our spare time there, working and upgrading.  Whether we flip it or rent it is yet to be seen, but boy-oh-boy are we in for some good times!!

One of my niece's is celebrating her birthday tomorrow and I made her a card....of sorts.  :D  She'll be 6 and I thought this would be great for her!!!

Belated Birthdays

So I lost my mojo the other day, despite having 3 birthdays within a week that I needed to make cards for.  Eventually, I was able to reclaim my creative spirit and came up with the following---but sadly, none of them were on time.  ;P
Also, this is my first acetate card.  I like it, though I think the stock I used was too thick and will try something thinner next time.  I think it will be easier to manipulate into what I want.

Tshirt make-overs!!

I've wanted to make-over some t-shirts I wear to the gym for a while now.  I belong to a car group and the 'TT' stands for twin turbo, but at a glance is funnier to read.  ;P

Ok.  I had been asked to create birthday invitations for a Blues Clues themed party.  After much aggrivation and paper :D  I was able to come up with this rough draft.  It is by NO means perfect, for the party thrower changed themes and no longer needed poor Blue.  But I will keep it in my files to clean up and perfect one day.
